That is good reading... it explains way Art is registering voltage in cycles... this reminds of an experiment NASA did with the space shuttle, they strung a cable approx. 1 km, in space between the shuttle and a fixed object in orbit and as the cable traversed the orbit of earth, the voltage generated, as tested by their measurements was over 1 megavolts, so much that it snapped the cable, this is great because if you ever wanted to generate 'free' electricity, you could have hundreds of these cables strung from space to some fixed point on earth (remote areas) and collect this high voltage... no biofuels, clean energy!

This electricity would be generated 24/7/365, and the cables could be carbon nanotubes (buckminster carbon), very strong, and would literally last indefinately... what a concept! Imagine the world without the need for oil!

So he can measure 200 v with, I assume a high input impedance voltmeter (no loading) on this device, but how much CURRENT can it deliver to an actual load?
