FOR KING AND COUNTRY REMAKE.

I recently heard on WFHM, "The Fish" station in Cleveland, Ohio, the new version of Michael W. Smiths big 1990s hit "A Place In This World" as done by For King And Country, with a guest appearance by Michael W. Smith. It's faithful to the original, and sounds a lot like it thanks, in part, to Smith's involvement. Excellent is my review.

Moving forward, I'd like to hear a current CCM artist remake Paul Davis' 1980 Pop hit "Do Right". Paul Davis (whose biggest hits were "I Go Crazy" and '65 Love Affair"), recorded other Christian songs on his albums. The lyrics for "Do Right" are all about doing just that and building a better relationship with God. In fact, as I listen to the original hit recording today, I don't hear it being out of place with all of the other music played on K-Love and other CCM stations.

"... You've go to Do Right, and He'll be your Guiding Light". (Lyrics from the song).
