I have a new Operations Manager at one of our groups. Great employee, been with us a long time... has some real technical savvy about him... One thing I need, a handbook for OM's.

Seems like a back in the late 90's I bought one and gave to my OM at the time.

Anyone have any ideas of a good one to look into?
