If you're willing to fudge a little bit on the definitions of "FM" and "Tuscaloosa", two entities fit the bill.
There's a set of stations owned by "John Sisty Enterprises": "Catfish Country 102.9" WNPT (FM) Marion, 1230 WTBC (AM) Tuscaloosa and WTBC's translator at 100.1, W261BT. 1230/100.1 had been doing a mix of talk and AC music as "The River" but recently started simulcasting Catfish Country.
The other trio (loosely defined) that fits is "Jim Lawson Communications": "Q 104.3" WWPG (FM) Eutaw, 1280 WMXB (AM) Northport and WMXB's translator at 96.9, W245BR. 104.3 recently flipped to gospel, while 1280/96.9 are doing AC as "Mix 96.9".
In both cases, the translators are owned by another entity so I dunno if that means anything or not in this case. Both Townsquare and Clear Channel own more than 2 FMs and at least one AM but I dunno why either would be interested in selling only a portion off.
