Wings Communications, Inc. is actually a Georgia chartered corporation Wilhite organized when he bought WSSA. It's the same corporation Wilhite used as licensee to own WSSA and WELE. The "S" corporation is operating in Florida as a "Foreign" corporation, which means the corporation is organized and chartered under the State corporation laws of Georgia (not Florida) which also means Wilhite is required to pay an annual state franchise tax in Florida (as a Foriegn corporation doing business in Florida) and Georgia (the state in which the corporation is organized) to keep the corporation legal, valid and active.
