For Something fun

Since this is the weekend before the Superbowl, Let's try this for fun. Which current Steeler do you think would be good as a radio broadcaster?

Antwaan Randle El. He's got a great wit to him and a good, naturally fun personality.

How about just replaying that famous Orr's Jeweler's commercial with Jerome Bettis and Hines Ward very obviously reading the script for the first time:

To wit,

Hines: "Just yesterday...I got Duce sum'in'...fo' joinin'...da team."
Bettis: "What?! You got Duce sum'in? How come you never got me nuthin'?"
Hines: "Oh man...can we talk 'bout dis lata'?"

[ellipses denote Ward's pauses on-air]

fun

He is indeed a very sharp and articulate guy. Actually, The Bus could be some fun, too.

I loved that commerical. I think Hines and Bussie would make a great morning show.

Remember the old radio spots with Louis Lipps, "Got Louie on the line..."?<P ID="signature">______________
