One of the last books where Top-40 WHK was in the lead over WIXY.

This was WIXY 1260's first Hooper, January-March 1966; by that fall, it was all but over for W (clap) HK (thanks to the Beatles concert, Jack Armstrong, The Duker, and some monster promotions).

Still, an interesting piece of history nonetheless.

Back in the day, we had Hooper, Trendex, and Pulse. Arbitron (formerly ARB) put them out of business (not to mention Birch and Burke in the 80's).
