Foreign language stations in the Pittsburgh area

The Pittsburgh area has a wide variety of subchannels (some of which are repeated on the various channels), but I notice no foreign language stations, in particular no Univision, Telemundo, and Unimas affiliates. With a growing ethnic population in the metro area, I was wondering if there has been any talk of carrying those networks by any of the area TV stations.
