What is the latest on this? Any word when 92.7 and 1320 will change formats?

It looks like the assignment went through as of July 7th. Call letters are still listed as WPPY. Currently no signal from the station. Yesterday driving in Lebanon/Lancaster Counties I was picking up a mix of WJSM Martinsburg, PA and WGMD Rehoboth Beach, DE.
