Format flip on the way for South 106 WSTH

The largest city in South 106's coverage area is Columbus and iHeart just launched a new South 94.7 on a Columbus translator out of Phenix City...

So, who would have Country and Classic Country both branded as "South" in the same market? Could we see a new format on South 106 WSTH after Christmas?

iHeartMedia has been known to do this in several markets. They have two "US-101" branded stations, one contemporary and one classic, in Chattanooga as well as a "Bull" and a "Bull Icons" in Lexington, KY and Macon. So, I wouldn't read too much into this "South 106" and "South 94.7 Legends."
