Format flips in Ruston/Monroe

According to a post in All Access, Communications Capital flip flopped KDBH 97.7's oldies format and KNBB 99.3's ESPN Sports format giving the sports radio station a boost into most of the I-20 corridor and espcially into the Monroe market that it didn't get into on 99.3
