Formats from changed stations stink

I've been watching the smooth jazz stations drop. Luckily the ones that are streaming I have all the ones from a couple months ago or more. Waiting on WJZL and a select few others. But it seems the formats they are changing to don't seem very appealing as it's just another ordinary station. I mean Spanish and classic country or talk radio? Come on. I can't believe they think that's what they need but oh well.

Don't they know that they lose loyal listeners?
Everybody can't just divvy up the pie of the "one top format". Sooner or later, the number of listeners to any one station playing "THE format" will dwindle to less than the number of niche-format listeners (I'm assuming that's what "they" consider SJ listeners).

Actually I'd much rather hear Calle Ocho from PitBull or anything by Thalia than an EZ listening version of "Human Nature" or "Let It Be".
