Las Vegas NBA expansion bid being mulled by ex-Disney CEO, billionaire investor
Former Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger and billionaire Thrive Capital founder Joshua Kushner are reportedly considering a bid for a Las Vegas NBA expansion team.
Note the team is an expansion team that is currently being proposed but not approved by the NBA.
Interestingly Las Vegas in the past decade has gotten either an expansion team from the WNBA and NHL or they got a team from another part of the US like Raiders and A's were originally from Oakland but their proposed stadiums in Oakland or San Jose got rejected.
This one it will be interesting how the approval process will go.
