Former NBA coach Lenny Wilkens dead at 88

The man who took the SuperSonics all the way in 1979. THANK YOU Lenny - and may you forever RIP. Enjoy Heaven. 😥 😥 😥

He was best known as the coach for the Toronto Raptors.
That's a joke, right? His record with the Raptors was 113-133. He was best known as coach of the SuperSonics, winning the '79 NBA Championship.

Coaching
1969–1972Seattle SuperSonics
1974–1976Portland Trail Blazers
1977–1985Seattle SuperSonics
1986–1993Cleveland Cavaliers
1993–2000Atlanta Hawks
2000–2003Toronto Raptors
2004–2005New York Knicks

I grew up with him on the sidelines of the Hawks at the Omni whenever they were on TBS back in the day. I do have a Cavs card with him as a coach too. I was too young for the Sonics run he coached.
