He seemed to have many problems in his personal life. ....
Dan Forestal was found dead Wednesday at the Quality Inn in Indianapolis. Police say no foul play is suspected in his death.
The cause of Dan’s death is unknown pending the result of a toxicology report. He was only 38 at the time of his death.
He served as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives from 2012 to June 2020, when he resigned after he was arrested following a welfare check.
