Coming from someone who works at one, it is not surprising. Not only can they not spell, they can't read or follow simple instructions. They expect their hand to be held every step of the way and to have everything given to them because since they passed high school they earned it. Guess what, the hand holding is over the moment you walk across that stage and take your diploma.
Happy that I no longer work in the Academic Affairs division.
Administration and Finance is better...NO STUDENTS!
