Former WERS disc jockey Barb Kitson RIP

It's been a horrible weekend with the coma and then the passing of Jo Jo Laine. Turns out that last week
Barb Kitson passed away. Barb was on WERS and is the voice on the Willie "loco" Alexander album "Sperm Bank Babies", which is a live broadcast put on vinyl.

Many Boston Rock & Roll personalities have left us this year - Paul Caruso (engineer for Joe Perry, drummer with the Atlantics), Alan Paulino of The Real Kids, and now Barb and Jo Jo.

Barb must be on lots of the air checks I have of the WERS fund raising from back in the 1970s.

Paul Caruso, on or around May 6.
