Former WHCN/WCCC building for sale

The former WHCN/WCCC building at 1039 Asylum Avenue in Hartford is for sale again. Asking price is $365K. The listing says the building could be used for offices, a hotel, or converted back to a single family home. WHCN was there until they moved into the Candy Cane Building on Columbus BLVD and WCCC FM/AM occupied the building from the late 90s until they were sold to K-LOVE in 2014.

When 'CCC was there, there was a boulder on the front lawn engraved with the logo of the station: "The Rock - 106.9 WCCC". The brick bldg. was also known as "The Rock".

Hi Guys.Thats interesting.I was in that building when WHCN had their listeners DJ show years ago. Not to drift off topic but who now owns the old WIOF/W104 building in Prospect.Been by there many times and it looks like its not been used for a while .
