Former WNCI Traffic Reporter Dee Miller (Dietra Borrows) Passes Away

She was the eye in the sky traffic reporter for WNCI in the 80's through mid 90's. Also had the distinction of being selected the Perfect Partner for Bob Conners just before he left WBNS.
