Former WNGC DJ question

Does anyone know where Tim Ciccarelli is working or if he's working in radio these days? If you do, please let me know. I didn't know he'd left because I had to stop listening to the morning show when they added Shana. The other woman they had before Shana (her name escapes me)was way better. Of course, I always liked the show when it was just Scott and Tim. Scott Howard had the best, driest sense of humor, and made it a fun morning drive. I love to listen to his broadcasts with Larry Munsen on game days.
Thanks.

Tim left WNGC for personal reasons 3 weeks ago. I don't believe he's working anywhere at the current moment. I know all of us at WNGC miss him and wish him well in his future. He was a nice guy to work with.

I hope he lands at a station within Athens' range. He's a good DJ and seemed to be a nice guy, from the involvement I could tell he had with various charities. I know some of that is probably directed by the station, but he came to my son's school a year or so ago and taped them singing some songs for WNGC. My son said he seemed to be nice (and at his age then, 7, he was very definite in his opinions of people). I hope he's not "stuck" in a country music career, because he seems like he could make a go of it with most any format, given what I've heard from him over the years. I don't think there aren't enough country stations within range of Athens for him to have a decent shot at one of them. I may be wrong. I just hope to hear him on the radio again. He could really make me laugh. Thanks for your answer!

I couldn't agree more. When I filled in doing traffic on NGC, we had a great time. Great talent. Hope he lands somewhere soon.<P ID="signature">______________
