Former WRFD Morning Host Johnny Martin Passes

Most readers of this forum are too young to remember JM in the AM. Johnny Martin was the JP McCarthy of WRFD in the late 50's and through the 60's. Back in the days when WRFD was located in the Colonial Mansion on RT 23 and was the most profitable daytimer in the nation. Johnny was one of those gentle and nice guys of radio. He was 87.

He deserved a mention on the boards.
