Former WZOU/WXKS PD Steve Rivers passes

So says All Access. Rivers died earlier this afternoon of cardiac arrest at a Florida assisted living facility. He was one of the all-time greatest CHR programmers IMHO, and I had the pleasure to meet him at Radio '90 while he was running 'ZOU, which really gave KISS 108 a run for its money back in the day.
 
I remember him when he programmed in Boston. It started a radio war with Kiss and ZOU! Then Kiss hired him out of the blue and it really made things interesting! He will be missed!
