99.3 at Fort Myers is no longer all sports. The station switched to a Spanish format in the last week or so. I was unable to find their former morning show on any of the translators in the market.

Just six months after launching Alternative “Gelly 94.1” 1240 WFSX/94.1 W231DC Fort Myers/93.7 WHEL-HD2 Sanibel FL, Sun Broadcasting has moved the brand exclusively to the HD subchannel.

Now branding as just “Gelly Radio“, the move enabled Sun to launch Regional Mexican “La Raza 94.1” on 1240 WFSX/94.1 W231DC this week. The move continues the growing Spanish language arms race between Beasley Media and Sun/Fort Myers Broadcasting.
