The other day, he ranted about the Navy planning to name a ship after 1960's Latino farmworker rights activist Cesar Chavez. He said something like: "I can't believe they're going to honor a dictator..."
I assumed he was going to deliver a broadside against unions and their effect on grape prices in California markets in the '60s and '70s. But then he continued...
"...who crushed the media! So much for free speech..."
I was left confused. I didn't know the United Farm Workers had those kinds of powers. Then I realized he must have been talking about Venezuelan president HUGO Chavez. Ray Junior apparently thought the Obama administration was naming a ship after Mr. Citgo himself!
This, after delivering a rant on how glad he was that teachers were getting canned in Florida because they had sold their souls out for a little job security, and how they deserved less money. At least he's a true believer...
