Stumbled across these ratings here http://americanradiohistory.com/Archive-Duncan-1975-1992/Atlanta.pdf
which many have been asking about. BIG FILE, small print. Looks as if the entire year is added together (12+).

Here is my reprint: and 1980 formats as I vaguely remember (30+ years ago) CORRECT me, I can't remember where WPCH was.

WVEE-FM 13.1.........Urban
WNNX-FM 9.4..........was then WARM Lite Rock?
WSB-FM 8.2............Mellow AC/Rock?
WQXI-FM 7.9..........CHR?
WKLS-FM 7.1..........Rock
WSB 6.6..................(and on the AM at that) news/talk
WYAY-FM 6.1..........Country
WFOX-FM 6.0..........was then Top 40?
WKHX-FM 4.7..........Country
WSTR-FM 4.2..........Top 40/AC
WZGC-FM 3.8..........Top 40
WGST 3.8................news/talk
WFSH-FM 1.5...........was WALR Lite Rock?
WCNN 1.2................news?
WQXI 0.6................?

In 1980 (your ratings appear to be from 1990):

WYAY-FM 6.1..........Country WWID, in Gainesville, had not moved in yet, Top 40
WFOX-FM 6.0..........was then Top 40? in Gainesville, had not moved in yet
WKHX-FM 4.7..........Country WBIE
WSTR-FM 4.2..........Top 40/AC Don't you mean WQXI-FM?
WZGC-FM 3.8..........Top 40
WGST 3.8................news/talk All News
WFSH-FM 1.5...........was WALR Lite Rock? In Athens, had not moved in yet
WCNN 1.2................news? WRNG, talk
WQXI 0.6................? top 40
 
No was 1980 unless I need better glasses. Pages were a bit confusing though as they used the newer calls for stations that were something else back then.
