Found rick dees on kdgl 106.9 palm springs

Rick was good at what he did, but that style doesn't hold up. That he's in his 70s with a voice that sounds it and still trying to appeal to a CHR audience despite not changing his style at all is painful to listen to.
Hey, Elvis Duran is going to turn 58 this year! :D

Does anybody remember Rick Dees' short-lived late night TV show? I think it was called Into the Night with Rick Dees. I remember watching a few episodes...

Here an aircheck of Rick Dees when he was a rising star on WHBQ Memphis.

Well you are right Rick Dees peaked in the 1980's and 1990's when he was on KIIS-FM. Then again Rick's former KIIS-FM Spot is now with Ryan Seacrest and Sisanie for nearly 2 decades because of Demos reasons. Note Seacrests show is also on other Iheart CHR and Hot AC stations around the country.
I'd heard some of the retro Dees shows online, they sometimes sounded like the shows were being replayed on warped vinyl. When Casey returned to AT40 in the late 90s, we had the very old sounding Casey introducing the current hits, and in the same market, the youthful Casey counting down the hits of a past year.
