Four More Years For "Wheel," "Jeopardy!"

If you count Wheel's daytime run, it'll be 39 consecutive years on television by the end of this renewal.

That's right. My ninth grade science teacher had a TV in his classroom. One day we watched "Wheel of Fortune". I really don't know why.

I wonder if "Jeopardy" will outlive Alex? He'll be nearly 70, or maybe over 70, when this is over.

I don't actually watch "Wheel" but I keep the TV on so that when they do that final round I'll know it's time for my 8:00 show. Unless I watcxh "Jeopardy" at 7:30. Is it my imagination or do people go bankrupt more than they used to?

Trebek will be 70 this July. He'd be 74 when this extension expires.

If it were possible, I wish Alex would go to the game host retirement home.

Art Flemming was a better host of Jeopardy.

His demeaning attitude toward certain contestants......his inconsistent application of the rules......his overall condesending manner all seems to be too much from time to time.

Who could replace Mr. T?
