If you’re talking about the syndicated shows, that depends on the local affiliates.
Breaking: Fox is delaying announcements on 2022-23 schedule:
I guess their having a hard time programming stuff now that Thursday Night Football moved to prime video. It shouldn't be that hard to program shows for next season.
They were down to the wire on a couple of shows. It actually is hard to program a full schedule and be successful at it. Factors within and out of your control determine if you're successful or not. And if they had two programs with uncertain fates, there is no reason an artificial deadline should dictate when you settle on your game plan. They'll get there when they're ready.
And Fox will have Super Bowl LVII in 2023; I think Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars would be a great lead-out show.
One of their 911 shows was still under negotiation, and that is one of their main dramas right now. So I agree, it doesn't make sense to release a schedule when they would want to change it immediately to put 911 on in the fall once they renew it.
Fox released the schedule today.

Wonder why they delayed fantasy island when it's not on in the fall either.
Because they only have so many hours.
The second season of Fantasy Island has now been delayed twice. This spring Fox had heavily promoted a May 31 premiere date, before changing their minds and holding it for fall. Now it appears to be headed for a mid season return.
Roselyn Sanchez hasn’t aged a bit since her days on Without a Trace. Must be “the magic of the island”…
Talk about a totally worthless schedule.
Did they not consider the rest home demo when putting a schedule together?
"The Cleaning Lady" and "The Resident" are as good as anything that is on any other net at that time.
