Fox 10 "Streaming" Live coverage?

Seen this a few times now on the Fox 10 News... anyone have any idea how they're doing this?

I'm assuming they're using the Comrex LiveShot codec over 4G, but really have nothing more than a slightly educated guess on the topic. It seems to be hit or miss... much like using a Comrex Access on the radio... but a really cool idea if that is what they're doing.

Any ideas?
