Fox 25's New News Graphics

WFXT-25 has a new look for their newscast graphics.

Since I did not watch WFXT's newscasts yesterday (October 2nd), this morning (October 3rd) or this afternoon, I don't know when they began using the new graphics.

I suspect the timing was not an accident: If the Red Sox get past the first round of the American League playoffs, Fox 25's late news will immediately follow several Red Sox games in the ALCS (although after 11 P.M. instead of the normal 10 P.M.).

What do you think of WFXT's new graphics "look"??

lets see. new font. new bottom ticker. basically...almost the same. looks ok though.

I would have expected more of a change. What they have is more interesting; but I'd like to have seen more of the orange-like theme in the "Live" box. Also, that circle around the Fox 25 logo in the lower left hand corner just looks king of ugly.

The graphics bring a little more to the package, but it's definately showing it's age. They must be planning a new WFXT website as well, in contrast to the WFLD and WTXF, it's definately lacking.

Either way, IMHO, the font and new features look better than the old look.
