Fox 5 Storm Team missing members

Fox 5 loves running promos for their Storm Team, but as far as I can tell, ALL of the ads leave out two of their people.

Paul Milliken, who does fill-in weather along with features.
Todd Borek, apparently weekends and fill-in.

Both of them are AMS Certified. Paul won a local emmy for weather. Todd's got solid credentials. (Reading stuff on both of their various info places.)

So why not promote the whole team? Fox 5 is not usually one to miss a chance to promote and hype something.
 
Are the two who are excluded freelancers? They might not want to promote their non-full-time staff.
 
Todd is a freelancer. When he’s not filling in at FOX5 Atlanta, he’s doing work for TWC (The Weather Channel). Paul Milliken, he should be included in the promos, no joke about that. One personality I don’t know about is weekend evening anchor Doug Evans. I’ve seen Doug do the weather occasionally during the week on the 12PM (12 Noon) newscasts. He makes an awesome fill-in meteorologist. Todd & Paul also make awesome fill-ins as well.
