FOX 8 News What if....

Here is just a crazy thought. What if FOX 8 News was able to get Romona Robinson from 19 Action News and put her on at 6. I think that this would be an awesome move for them. Romona is no stranger to Cleveland TV, she has been on for years and she would truly be one of Cleveland's Own. With the various famous figures of Cleveland's own that they already have the addition of Romona would make them a true local news ratings powerhouse.

Won't happen...Romona is locked up long term with WOIO, and WJW usually promotes from within to fill their anchor spots. In fact the only time WJW signed a big free agent to fill a spot was Wilma Smith in 1994.
 
What about Denise Dufala? Could she make a return to South Marginal...I mean, Dick Goddard Way?

I do hope for the sake of WOIO that Denise and Romona are getting along off air and not faking their chemistry.
 
eesh...ramona is a ditz, just like wilma smith. I find myself yelling at the screen with either of them, "Shut up, moron!" or something like that, at least once during a newscast. Likewise lou magglio...ditz...make Jack Shea an anchor. He actually sounds intelligent.
