This is thru week 4 (from TV BY THE NUMBERS) for ALL SHOWS, as compaired to last year.

CW +5.3%
NBC +2.7%
CBS +1.8%
ABC -4.2%
FOX -7.8%

ADULTS 18-49
Univision +11%
CW +1.5%
NBC +1.2%
CBS -1.1%
ABC -8.4%
FOX -12.2%

The only good news seems to be for Univision & CW, followed by NBC.

Good point. The longer CBS sits on all their cop & detective shows, the older they get and the older their views get.

Of course not, nothing lasts forever.

Indeed, someone will eventually rise back up and so on. It is interesting that with the cop shows and all heavy on the schedule, CBS is still currently doing better in the 18-49 demo. At this point, it's pretty clearly not hurting them.

Though both their "acts" are getting old, and Hugh Laurie is definitely aging, I notice that Homer Simpson has not aged at all in the last quarter century. And shouldn't Bart be in his mid 30s by now. I find this odd...
