I just saw a commercial last night for Fox Movie channel stars labor day 20.2. I hope they play better movies than This which only plays like 4 or 5 good movies a month and the rest is pure straight to video crap
Schedule for the first few days looks kinda lame I do like that the picture quality is like 50 times better than This that is the plus they have going for them
Saw the end of The African Queen the other day on 7.2 in Austin, the scene where they're bobbing in the water after losing their boat. Picture quality was awful. BIG HUGE PIXELS.

I've seen that many times on highly compressed video with "water" shots. Since every pixel in the video is changing every frame, the compression can't keep up. Panning shots of blowing leaves on trees can do the same thing.
