Fox O&Os, Weigel Launch Movies! Digi-Net

KTBC here in Austin confirmed that it will also be carrying Fox Movies on 7.2. No word as to when, but their 7.2 has been seen here locally without video, so it could be Monday.

UPDATE-- Color bars on 7.2

KDFI already has all 3 subchannels active. 27.2 and 27.3 are both showing Bounce right now even though the PSIP for 27.2 says Movies!

The promo loop is also running here in Austin. It's broadcast in 4X3, anamorphic. Stretch it out and it doesn't look half bad.

Now that Movies! is live, the EPG for KDFI/27.2 leaves a bit to be desired. Every movie is just listed as "Movie." That really helps ::)

It's weird, Titan TV doesn't seem to get much advance notice on the lineup.

Megapsycle is telling me the EPG has the movie titles now instead of just "Movie." No descriptions, but at least it's a step in the right direction.

At least Titan TV has the listings. Zap2It.com doesn't seem to have Movies! listed yet. They still have 27.2 as Bounce, and 27.3 isn't listed at all.

I checked the EPG for Movies! last night. There were just over 1 1/2 days of listings. Descriptions were missing for the first 24 hours, but were present after that point. I suspect that was a bug in my DTVPal and that KDFI is sending both descriptions and titles now.

Also it looks like Zap2it.com has the correct listings for 27.2 now. Unfortunately, now they don't list 27.3 ::)

After seeing what this station has to offer now for the past month.. I am quite impressed.
Saw Foul Play on there last night. Have not seen that movie in years. Operation Petticoat is on tonight. Even better.
27.2 is also now available on Verizon Fios. (made good use of DVR)
