FOX on FOX

Anyone notice what PLR had the that TV in the studio above Geoff Fox's head? It wasn't WTNH or FOX 61. It was WFSB Channel 3 thought that was funny.
 
I didn't know that. Does Channel 3 do the weather for all the Cox Radio stations or only 99.1plr? As I thought WTNH did the weather for Cox Radio.
