Fox + Weigel = New subchannel this spring

Fox is planning to partner with Weigel to launch a digital subchannel movie network this spring. Called Movies!, it's set to launch on 17 Fox O&Os nationwide, including Phoenix. No specific date has been given and I don't know whether it will be on KSAZ or KUTP. I'd be inclined to think the latter, but the article mentions "D2 space"; I'm not sure whether that refers specifically to a .2 subchannel, or a secondary subchannel in general. Films are to be edited only for inappropriate content and presented in 16x9 format; I'm guessing letterboxed into a 4x3 space.
