Looks like Ted Tucker and Family have moved their Fox in Vail from 98.5 to 103.7. This was predictable in that 98.5 was much too close to 98.3. The next question is whether the move to 103.7 is permanent or an intermediary step. On Sunday they were still airing liners that said they were on 98.5.

The Tuckers are really dragging their feet in moving their Sierra Vista station to Tucson.

Also, has anyone noticed that the religious station on 830 now has a translator on 101.7? That frequency was used by various stations quite a few years ago. About twenty years ago it relayed Tucker's Oracle station on 103.1. My opinion: that channel could be put to much better use than relaying KFLT.

As of right now 98.5 is on and 103.7 is not. They've been simulcasting on 103.7 from time to time for quite awhile. I think you just happened to catch one of the random times that 103.7 has been on.

98.5 seems to off when there is bad weather, how ever today I heard 98.5 on and have not heard 103.7 in some time..... :(

Supposedly the 98.5 transmitter is solar powered, which is why it shuts off at night and during long stretches of cloudy weather.
