Francesa's ego as big as his belly!

Yesterday I was on with WFAN's Mike & The Mad Dog. I thought Mike & Chris have a 50-50 split when it comes to their show. I think Mike shows up Chris all the time by coming into the studio late like he's a primadonna. If a was weraing Chris' shoes, I would enter the studio late and wait for Mike to waddle in first.

I asked Mike why he shows up late during the start of the show & during breaks. Rather than answering the question, the Primadonna from Manhasset just hangs up the phone. What the heat is too hot in the kitchen? Chris be a man and show up Mike!

Sidenote: Meno to WFAN: When you call in on the fan you can't hear the host over the phone. It cracks up. Fix it!

The FAN's phone system is stuck in the 20th century with the same 718 area code number. You'd think they'd get a toll-free line by now!

If they have enough people willing to pay to call them, why should they spring for an 800 number?

Having a 718 area code has nothing to do with having a crappy phone system. They probably won't be doing any upgrades until they move into the new CBS Radio broadcast studios (whenever that happens).

FAN uses a Telos 2X12. All lines are piggybacked on a T-1. This is the first I am hearing of this problem, but I will look into it. Thank You.

I gather you work at WFAN?

I've been on many radio shows local & national. This is the only station I have a problem hearing the host when on the air. I hope it's not my ears (lol)!

Speaking of WFAN...the mic Chris Russo uses looks very dirty. Looks like a bunch of smokers use it. Clean up that sucker! And spray it! (lol)
