Frank-FM Expanding their Playlist

In the past few days, it appears that 107.5 Frank-FM is expanding their playlist by playing more songs from the 80s and even early 90s. I've heard "Livin' on a Prayer" Bon Jovi, "What It Takes" Aerosmith, and "One" U2. This evening, they even played "Life Is a Highway" Tom Cochrane, which is from either 1991 or 92.

That merits a plus if your benchmark is MGK. But I think both the Hawks,(ODE and THK) have been playing them for a long time. Ergo, they're ahead of MGK, but they sound like all the rest. A snooze-a-thon.

They should try the WRFY approach. I have this mental image of them bringing in the consultant and listening to all the profound sage advice. Then when he/she's gone they snicker, giggle, explode in laughter and do exactly the opposite.
