Frank Morano To Host Midday Show On 107.1 WLIR-FM

https://radioinsight.com/headlines/190038/frank-morano-to-host-midday-show-on-107-1-wlir-fm/

In the report WLIR-FM will not air Brian Kilmeade's show due to WRCN having broadcasts rights.

While Red Apple Media began operating 107.1 WLIR-FM Hampton Bays NY on Wednesday, the station will not be a 24/7 simulcast with their Conservative Talk 770 WABC New York after all.

As Fox News Radio’s Brian Kilmeade Show already airs in Eastern Long Island on JVC Media’s “LI News Radio” 103.9 WRCN Riverhead, WLIR-FM will instead carry a local two hour show from 10am-12pm hosted by Frank Morano.

Update Frank Morano will also be on WABC-AM

TALKRADIO 77 WABC and Red Apple Media are pleased to announce that Frank Morano is the latest radio talk talent to join the radio station as part of its ever-growing commitment to quality live and local talk. Morano will host The Frank Morano Program every Sunday evening from 7-8 PM ET starting this Sunday, July 12 and will begin anchoring Morano in the Morning every M-F from 1-5 AM ET, beginning in August. His program will feature newsmakers, insightful commentary, expert guests, lively exchanges with callers and a healthy dose of satire. In addition, Morano presently is hosting M-F 10 AM -12 Noon ET on WLIR-FM, the Long Island station recently purchased by Red Apple Media.

“Frank is one of the most entertaining young voices in talk radio today,” said Chad Lopez, President of Red Apple Media and WABC. “We’re thrilled to add Frank to our ranks as we continue to cement our place as New York’s premiere news and talk station. Now more than ever, it’s more important that we make sure New Yorkers know where to go for news and information.”
