When anyone sees anything about the ratings of FRANK FM-----please post some info here. Thanks! (spring arbitron!)

2 book market - July 21 is the data release from Arbitron. Their sales guy yesterday at chamber marketplace expo said they have hired Dj's and that they intend to keep them on a short leash saying that they won't interupt music and have a lot of banter.

if anyone sees the FRANK spring ratings later this week---please post a message here. thanks! Jay

Posting Arbitron ratings on a message board violates the copyright - which is why stations BUY the book. 12+ numbers will be posted on both R&R and AllAccess.com (and other places), but are published by permission. I'd expected that any other Arbitron info posted here would be immediately deleted by the moderators.

Reading ratings are not currently seen on R and R or other boards. are being blocked out. Ratings may be discussed here but an exact list may not be posted. the manager of this board just told me this a few days ago.

12+ (meaningless) ratings will be posted the day after release on the above mentioned sites, unless the market s embargoed.

That said, Frank did fairly well in the adult (25-54) demos, with a definite appeal to women. 'RFY still reigns, but Frank is nipping at their heels.

Yes--Reading is an embargoed / client exclusive market currently. why does that occur? And, can you say how well FRANK-FM did in the 12 plus ratings---spring? (even if you feel it's meaningless) I assume you work in the Reading radio market.

Frank is nipping at their heels.
No I just saw the ratings and wrfy is over twice the female listeners 25-54 and double the audience size for 12+. That seems more like comfortable under the foot then nipping at the heels. But I am sure the PR folks will spin it one way to make it look better for them but the core audience of their format is still owned by wrfy. and in 12+ they rank Fourth Behind WRFY, WIOV, WEEU. I am sure that they will say it a great book but the numbers just aren't there. Time to go beat up on each station for some better rates ;D

I stand corrected I saw the 2 book averages Frank was #2 in 12+ But WRFY is still dominate #1
