For a long time, Family Radio ran 88.1 in Sacramento on the exact same tower as TV channel 6. I always figured it was licensed based upon some kind of showing that since the transmitters were co-located, and thus the signal from 88.1 was, by definition, always down so-many-db from that of TV 6. I never heard of any complaints. The frequency spacing is not quite 2nd adjacent so it might work technically if the LPTV is located far enough away from any population. Whether it would pass muster regulation-wise is another story.I don't know how a Franken audio service can added given Fresno's KFCF sits at 88.1 . 88.1 is a full Class B . If the KMCF audio service were treated as a class A shortspace you still need 63km separation.
