Frankenberry Still With Cumulus

Apparently Cumulus still has Frankenberry Under contract and working for them. I heard him doing a mid day fill in show for vacationing Suzy Garcia on Mix 97.7 WCZX. I wonder if they placed him on an out of market station, and he voice tracked the show, or has been relegated to part time status on Penndel Road. This seems odd as I saw an ad offering his services to others stations on All Access .
 
Most likely scenario: They're still dragging him along dangling a carrot with the ocassonal part-time work. Pendell Rd isn't good with contracts...remember Karlson & Mackenzie? (Where did Benfer put that contract?) Hopefully Frankenberry is looking for work on his own and not waiting for Cumulus to 'place' him somewhere.
