Frasier airing on 2 QC stations for 'final week'

I heard that syndicated repeats of Frasier were coming to an end this week. So I wondered why everything on WBQD's afternoon schedule was airing an hour earlier. Then came the REAL surprise: Frasier started airing this week at 4pm on WBQD! And he's still on KLJB late nights! Plus, there's still listings for the show after the 11th. Has CBS-Paramount changed their minds about pulling the show? Or is he on My TV 16 for one week only? Has any other DMA experienced this surprise?
