Why would Beasley cut him? Their show crushes the morning competition.

Beasley's financial condition is very poor right now. They had significant layoffs a couple of months ago, including several apparently successful shows in places like Seattle and St. Louis.

I wouldn't consider anyone at Beasley safe.

You're thinking of Hubbard. Beasley doesn't own stations in either market.
