Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed some things:
During the FHF show and Leykis they have put in a full rock song during the show normally around 45-55 minutes past the hour. I wonder if they have to fill time in that normally would go to news updates/traffic updates/whatever and they don't have anything so they are playing a song
Free Time with Phills? Who is this guy? I actually find him quite entertaining, might be interesting if he had his own show on sat or sun night
Free FM Wrap Up - It might be interesting to have a show after Hendrie each night that gives hi lites of all their shows for the day. Could also spice it up with some rock music but might be a interesting concept to try
Weekends - Along with the rock music, I think we should be hearing some best of shows from the mainstay hosts at Free FM. They could add in some Rock music as well so it is not all talk but would be interesting to listen to on the weekend
Saturday Night Live? - Would be great to hear a couple full length concerts on saturday night. They could promote them all week during the talk and then on saturday night, we could rock LIVE
I was reading on another board and they were talking bout how radio was in the 60's/70's. Many statios had jocks with personality all day and all night. You came for the music but you stayed because you never knew what was going to happen next. Thats how I feel about Free FM, I pretty much know what I am going to get with Carolla, FHF, Leykis, and Hendrie but everyday I am hearing something that I am like this is funny!
