Free FM - Only FM Talk Station

Heard the promo a few times today that Free FM is the ONLY FM Talk station in Phoenix. I guess trying to get a jump on KTAR.
 
Or they can say whatever they want since no one will know better. The cume duplication with KTAR is relatively low, and non-existant if you removed PBP from 620.
