Wallace and Ladmo, big Ernie Kovacs fans, used his closing theme: Robert Maxwell's Oriental Blues, before the late Mike Condello's 'Ho Ho Ha Ha!' masterpiece kicked in mid-60's.
I've never found the W&L Oriental Blues opening anywhere on YouTube, but in my recollection, the guys left the fart noises in Maxwell's original. Those darn subversives!
