Larry Wachs, what a complete zero. No spark, no vibe, not interesting. What is Manelli thinking?. Just because someone does talk on an fm stick does not make them a "hot talk" host. Wachs is not a hot talk host. So boring.

Really the worst I have ever heard in the my life. Boring is even better then this guy. For the shift he is doing you need to awake and he is still sleeping. The Doghouse had the fire for sure, and they have it for morning drive. I hope they land a morning drive slot. WFNY...forgot about this station. They are done, but a fork in it.

He was part of a 2 man morning show out of Atlanta. His show was blown out twice at the same station. First time was after the Janet Jackson incident. He brought in a porn star to talk as nasty as possible. He was going to play it backwards on the air but during the initial taping a mic was left on. All the worse words you could think of went over the air! 2nd time was because Larry taped a couple of spanish guys in the company bathroom and played it back on-air without asking permission.

His show was pretty good with his whole cast but solo he is definitely not very good.

If Wachs showed any sign of a “spark” he’d be bounced quicker than New York minute. Like he got bounced in Atlanta. Twice. Look at where he’s coming from and give him a break.

With JV and Elvis out and the trouble Opie and Anthony are in, it's safe to say Free FM is dying a slow, suffering death.

CBS Radio needs to to a complete clean up of the station. New format, new personalities, etc.

Or just sell the damn station so someone else can do radio right (not that that will ever happen).
 
I never, EVER thought I would say that he was better than anyone but...
I'd rather listen to cabby than this Larry Wachs guy. It is truly the worst show I've ever heard in my life, and I've heard some bad ones (Madcow, Grease man etc). I'll admit, I couldn't turn it off...not because it was compelling radio, but because I wanted to hear how many people were going to call in just to tell him how much he sucks.
Horrible, horrible radio. I worked on a college radio station, and our worst show was still better than this crap. Hell, I'd rather listen to music than the "house of wachs". Buh bye free FM. You freakin suck.

Wachs was such a shill for Bush as the conservative half of "the Regular Guys" in Atlanta, what a shrimpy tool. I'm a big boy, so everybody is a shrimp, but that's beside the point. Their constant bed under each segment was abyssmal. "House of Wachs" is perfect monotone musings of this jerk.
 
The Wack Show is really the worst show I have ever heard in my life. The DH fans were getting under his skin and you could tell for sure. And the how to make a great hamburger was the "Classic" crappy radio of all time. Or was it when he played videos.....Larry this is radio. Now go back to Atlanta or where you came from.
